On the 1st of May, 1996, a special story about entrepreneurship and ambition started at Brainport. Hans Duisters and Erik van Rijswijk founded Sioux on that day, which has grown into one of the most significant, innovative and successful multidisciplinary technology partners for high-quality high-tech OEMs worldwide.
With the merge with other technical companies our history became even longer and richer: the oldest of the Sioux companies was founded in 1969 by Alexandre Horowitz.
Sioux services a variety of high-tech markets from various business units, controlled by an experienced Board of Directors and Supervisory Board.
Sioux has 15 offices in seven countries. In total, we work with around six hundred highly skilled engineers on innovative solutions for international high-tech companies.
Sioux is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certified for the development and production of software, electronics and mechatronics.
