Thursday January 23rd, children will be the boss at Sioux Technologies for one day, as part of the JINC project Boss of Tomorrow (Baas van Morgen). Two small bosses will spend a day with CEO Leon Giesen.
The JINC project offers the opportunity to hundreds of students from neighborhoods with a socio-economic disadvantage to spend a day with one of the 317 participating CEOs, directors and politicians.
Of course, the children who participate will not all grow into CEOs because of that one day. The JINC project, however, gives them boost of self-confidence, a boost of energy and, perhaps most important of all, a broader horizon.
