Gordon Murray Design took care of the new Yamaha T40 sports car design that features the first lightweight carbon fibre application of the new iStream® manufacturing process. The challenge was to create a state-of-the-art dashboard that fits seamlessly with the design of the sports car.
Sioux developed the hardware and software for the dashboard. Sioux has a long-standing relationship with Gordon Murray Design and has created several dashboards as well as body controller hardware and software for future cars.
Yamaha revealed its first concept in 2015 in Tokyo.
