Carola is working at Sioux Technologies as technical engineer. She is involved in the assembly, testing and installation of electronical and mechanical modules.

Good working atmosphere
'I'm very precise,' says technician Carola Clement. 'I love putting products together. Atmosphere is also very important to me. The team is super and I'm really enjoying myself here. Whether we are working on components for the electron microscope for Phenom-World or a pick and place-machine for Kulicke & Soffa, it is all very interesting to me,' says Carola.
'People really listen to me. When I have questions, I always get answers.'

Carola works on the assembly, testing and installation of PCB's for instance, but she also puts entire mechatronic modules together. 'The work is diverse and there is a great team spirit within the company. People really listen to me. Whether I have technical questions, want to take on additional tasks or want to know something about the company, I always get answers.
