    Yes, you read that right. Each year you receive a personal development budget of €6.000 to gain even more
    knowledge and to grow. Costs for internal and external studies, time for self-study, costs for study-related
    travelling and accommodation, purchase of (e-) books: you name it. You choose. You can also choose a
    laptop/tablet for training and home use.
